Relax in a newly built guest house with a loft, in a rural setting, with a bathing-friendly lake, beach and jetty around the corner - and the forest as a neighbor. It has everything for a fabulous stay with the family or a romantic break. Fully equipped, child-friendly and close to the heart of the city.

Sleeping accommodation: - One bedroom with double bed (160 cm) and wardrobes. This bedroom has a door and can be closed. - In the loft there are two single beds (90 cm) that can be put together into a double bed. - In the living room there is a day bed / sofa bed (120 cm) with sleeping space for 1-2 people. ⸻ Kitchen and living room: The open kitchen in the living room is fully equipped: - Induction hob, combi oven with microwave, fridge with freezer compartment. - Dishwasher, Moccamaster coffee maker, toaster, egg cooker. - All necessary kitchen utensils and crockery. - Dining table with four dining chairs - folding chairs are available to borrow if needed. - 65” TV with Chromecast. - Daybed/sofa with seating for 3-4 people. ⸻ Fully equipped bathroom: - Toilet and washbasin, commode with storage. - Shower with ceiling and hand shower and folding shower walls. - Combined washer/dryer. ⸻ General: - Waterborne floor heating and air heat pump with A/C. - Pleated blinds are available in all windows for light control and privacy.

Our guest house is located on Apollovägen in Hörestadhult, a quiet and safe residential area with about 15 houses along a quiet street. Here you live in a natural environment, but still with comfortable proximity to Vimmerby centre which is only 4 km away - 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes by bike. The area is surrounded by beautiful Småland nature with direct proximity to forest, lake and hiking trails. Lake Borstingen is just a few hundred metres from the accommodation and offers wonderful swimming opportunities at a municipal bathing area with beach and jetty. The lake is a natural spring lake, which makes it both clear and pleasant to swim in during the summer months. For those interested in nature, the forest is just a few steps away. Here you can pick mushrooms and berries in season or just enjoy long walks and winding paths in beautiful surroundings. It is perfect for those who seek peace, greenery and nature experiences, without being far from the city's offerings and activities.

The entire guest house with its wooden terrace is included in the accommodation. In the garden there is a trampoline and climbing frame and it is free to use and play in as well.

Distance parfaite d'Astrid Lindgrens Värld (10 min en voiture) La maison est presque neuve. Bien agencée. Bonne aire de jeux. À 300 m d'un beau lac de baignade. Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable chez Rikard ! L’emplacement était absolument fantastique, nous permettant d’être exactement là où il fallait pour explorer tout ce qu’il y a à faire à Vimmerby. En plus de la maison magnifique, notre fille a adoré le beau jardin et l’aire de jeux, ce qui a été un énorme plus pour nous. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la courte promenade jusqu’au lac, un endroit superbe pour se baigner. Les hôtes étaient extrêmement réactifs et serviables, veillant à ce que notre séjour soit parfait du début à la fin. La borne de recharge pour voiture était un ajout formidable et attentionné dont nous avons été très reconnaissants. We had such an incredible stay at Rikard's place! The location was absolutely fantastic, putting us right where we needed to be to explore all the things to do in Vimmerby. Besides the amazing house, our daughter absolutely loved the beautiful garden and the playground, which was a huge bonus for us. We also really enjoyed the short walk to the lake, which was a super beautiful spot for a swim. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful, making sure our stay was perfect from start to finish. The car charger was a fantastic and thoughtful add-on that we were so grateful for.

Tout est neuf, accès à une aire de jeux, un hamac et un trampoline quand on le souhaite. Proche d’un joli lac. Réponse rapide et sympathique des hôtes. Il faisait chaud dans la mezzanine mais c’était aussi parce qu’il faisait très chaud dehors. Helt nybyggt, tillgång till lekplats, hängmatta och studsmatta när man ville. Nära till en mysig sjö. Snabb och trevlig respons av värdarna Varmt på loftet men det var pga att det var väldigt varmt ute också

Famille, 4 personnes avec des adolescents. Tiny house neuve et bien équipée dans le jardin des propriétaires. Grand jardin avec aire de jeux accessible aux locataires. Parking juste devant la maisonnette (avec borne de recharge incluse). Tout était parfait, nous reviendrons volontiers. Familie, 4 Personen mit Teenager Kindern. Neues gut ausgestattetes Tiny House im Vorgarten der Besitzer. Grosser Garten welcher inkl. Spielplatz benutzt werden darf. Parkplatz gleich vor dem Häuschen (inkl Ladestation). Alles top, gerne wieder.
